Philadelphia just passed its budget including 74 million dollars for schools. Now, the state has until June 30 to come up with its portion and the teachers union is still working on a deal. NBC10’s Deanna Durante went to the Teacher’s Union to see where they stand on helping to prevent budget cuts.
