The Greater Philadelphia Extracurricular Collaborative (GPEC) is a coalition of out-of-school time (OST) providers and interested funders in Philadelphia and its surrounding counties. Together with Children First, GPEC has been encouraging the School District of Philadelphia to establish an Office of Extracurricular Partnerships that can streamline the OST system to make extracurricular activities at schools easier to administer and more accessible for families and students.
